What's the difference between
Gold Circle, Silver Circle , Bronze Circle, and Copper Circle Seats?
Gold Circle & Silver Circle Seats are assigned seating and guarantee your seat no matter what time you arrive.
Bronze & Copper Circle Seats are reserved section seats.
Although these tickets guarantee your seat, seating is not assigned
and is therefore filled on a first come basis. Bronze & Copper Circle
guests are encouraged to arrive early to have their choice of seats
and to ensure that those with several people in their party are able
to be seated together. We cannot guarantee that Bronze or
Copper
Circle guests will be seated together, however, guests that
arrive early should have no problems sitting together.

When do
you begin getting ready for Celebration of Christmas?
Preparations begin in July and our Casting Campaign begins in
August. Casting Call is the second weekend in September and
rehearsals begin the first week of October. Individual rehearsals run
for 8 weeks rehearsing up to six days a week. Dress rehearsals

How many people does it take
to put on a show of this magnitude?
Lots! The cast alone is around 100 people with a crew of
around 50 people. Mix that with an orchestra of approximately
20 musicians and 30 more volunteers to help behind the scenes and we
have over 2oo people involved in bringing you Celebration of
Christmas.
How can I be a part of the
show?
Simple! Show up to casting call in September. Keep an eye out in the local papers for press
releases announcing casting call details. There will also be
info and registration on our website in August.

Where do you find camels in Cottonwood?
Good question! Other than maybe Out of Africa Wildlife Park
in Camp Verde, there are no camels in Cottonwood until December
rolls around. Our camels and exotic animals are brought in
from Southern California by professional animal handlers. Many
of these animals have been seen in movies and on tv. And YES
all of the animals are treated kindly, taken care of, and loved.

Do you offer group rates?
Yes! We offer 15% off for groups of 15 guests or more.
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase and must be
paid for on one credit card, or cash, or one check. Please call the Box Office or email
us at
tickets@efproductions.org for more information or to purchase
your group tickets.

Is the same as I saw last
year?
For the most part, YES! Celebration of Christmas
has developed over the past years into the classic story it has
become that is loved by so many people. From time to time
we will change some music or dialogue or tweak a scene to keep
the show fresh. So for the most part, the show you have
seen in the past will be the same show you will see currently.
Don't worry. We're sure all of your favorite characters
and songs will still be a part of the show.

How do you do a large scale show
like this in such a small facility?
Very carefully! We utilize every room we have to house the various departments it
takes to run the show. In the back parking lot we have several
semi trailers used to store the large props and sets for the
show. One trailer has been converted into our makeup and
hair studio. There is also a large red and white candy
cane striped tent that houses our large cast during the shows. We are definitely out of room and need
to expand so that we can continue to bring you the various
productions we do here at EF Productions.

Can I take pictures or video during the
show?
Absolutely NOT! For your safety and the safety of our guests
and cast, flash and non flash photography as well as video is
strictly prohibited. The show is copyrighted and taking
pictures and video would be in violation of copyright laws.
We do staff our own photographers and videographers to capture
the show for our own records and for publicity.

Will there be food or drinks available to purchase at the show?
As a
matter of fact, yes! We have a full concessions booth
stocked with an assortment of goodies for you to munch on and
quench your thirst. There will also be an assortment of
souvenirs for you to purchase including DVDs. Cash,
checks, and credit cards will be accepted.

What kind of special effects are used during the show?
The
special kind! Atmospheric effects of fog, and haze are used; as
well as strobe lights and effect lighting.

Is
child care provided?
Sorry! Child care is only provided for our cast and crew, not
our audience. However, this is a very family
friendly show for children of all ages.
Does my child need a ticket? Can my child sit on my lap?
Do I have to pay for my child?
Yes. Yes. And Yes! Everyone needs a ticket
regardless of what seating level ticket they have. For
all paid level ticketed seating, children 3 and under are free if
they sit on the lap of a ticketed adult. Children 4+ will
need a paid ticket.

How can I
get a DVD or pictures of the show?
DVDs may be available at the concessions tent and sales carts
before and after the show, and during intermission.
Depending on the quality of the video and pictures taken at this
year's show, a new DVD and pictures from this year's show may be
released in Spring. Check the website or call the
box office for more information.

What if
I am
handicap and cannot stand in long lines? Do you have
handicap seating?
We suggest purchasing a paid level seating ticket to avoid
standing in long lines. However, if you cannot obtain one
of these tickets you may have a guest wait in line for you while
you sit and you can join them once they are ready to enter the
auditorium. When you arrive, please see an usher for more
information. We do have limited handicap seating available at
all shows. Please call the box office ahead of time to
make arrangements as we cannot guarantee availability on the day
of the show.

Why am I being asked to bring a canned
food donation?
We believe in helping those in need, especially during the
holidays. Therefore, we asked each of our guests to bring
a canned food donation that will be given to a local charity to
distribute to those in need. We are very grateful to our
guests for helping in this food drive.
Can I pet the animals?
No! No! No! For the safety of our guests and cast, reaching
out and touching the animals is strictly prohibited and will
result in immediate removal from the theater.
How early should I plan on arriving to
the show?
This all depends on what ticket seating level you have. If
you have Gold Circle or Silver Circle tickets, your seat is assigned and
reserved for you for the duration of the show. However, we
suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to the show to park your car
and to find your seats.
For Bronze Circle and Copper Circle tickets your seat is guaranteed but not
assigned, so we suggest arriving when the doors open to have
your choice of seats in this reserved section. For
Free Advanced Seating tickets, we suggest arriving 30 minutes
prior to the doors opening to ensure you get a seat, as these
tickets are only valid up until 30 minutes prior to the show.

Are
there any service fees
on top of the ticket prices?
Due to the overwhelming response of ticket
requests, we have turned over our ticket sales to a ticketing
agency much like Ticketmaster. This will help us to better
serve our guests. There are NO additional service fees on
top of the advertised ticket price. Ticket prices are all
inclusive of all fees.
Can
I save seats for my family and friend
Sorry
but no. Because seating is on a first come basis for
Bronze Circle, Copper Circle, and Free
Advanced Seating tickets, saving of
seats is prohibited. To guarantee your group of family and
friends sit together, we suggest purchasing Gold Circle
or Silver Circle tickets
early.
